What did we learn about corn?
It is tall
It is itchy
Spiders live in there
It is muddy
We got some great large motor muscle exercise climbing through the stocks and up and down the planter boxes. The youngest boy in class got brave and jumped between the planter boxes. He was so proud of himself!
What better way to welcome fall than painting with corn stalks. My idea was to use the tassel only but the kids had a better idea. The stalk is like a giant paint brush! So we tried it out.
