Countdown chain! these kids are pretty awesome at cutting and stapling!
Last months play dough: add spaghetti noodles and fruit loops. Great lacing activity! Keeps the kids busy and focused for a long time!
Great math/ STEM activity: toothpicks and marshmallows. The kids can create 2 or 3 dimensional shapes.
Brown bear, Brown Bear what do you see? These were turned into bears after the paint dried.
Our newest toy!
Making ramps: What can we drop down? How fast? What rolls? What slides? What falls off? Why?
Putting the letters of their names in order, while making a cute turkey puppet.
I didn't get any pictures of the finished product, but we cut the plates like a pie and made dangling candy corns.
Cookie cutter stamping! Always a hit :)
Candy corn pumpkin experiment: What happens when we put candy in water? One cup is hot and one is cold. The pumpkin disappears. A white film is left behind. The candy in hot water disappeared first!
Spiderweb hopscotch while picking up the bugs.
We had a couple birthdays!
Decorating treat bags
Pokey hte Pumpkin! Poke in some push pins and wind the yarn around. Great for fine motor and hand eye coordination!
Morning Science lab! Corn starch, corn meal, water, baking soda, vinegar, candy. Mix up whatever you want.
Super cute kids!
Afternoon Science Lab! The kids wanted to taste the ingredients. I said yes thinking they would not like the flavor of Corn starch, corn meal, water, baking soda & vinegar. They liked it, or at least liked my grossed out reaction.
